Queens Terrace
Queens Terrace
Sited on Queens Square and once an affluent area of Middlesbrough, now abandoned even by offices. There are plans however to revitalise the area containing many historic buildings.

The property with the white porch was once housed the laboratory of Pattinson & Stead, a partnership formed in 1876 between John Stead and his former apprentice master, John Pattinson. The firm were analytical chemists and client based eventually expanded throughout the North East, UK and Europe. The firm is still in operation.
