Castle Loch
Castle Loch
View north east from the southern end of the loch. To the right beyond the bracken is Gargrie Moor with woodland to the left which is north of Craignarget Hill. One of the few pictures I managed to take without too much rain on the lens, the weather had been torrential rain for the last hour and didn't let up until I was through Craignarget Forest and nearly at the end of the forest track to the west of the hill. All in all I had a pretty miserable four out of six hours walking around Craignarget Hill, everything was wet through and the shutter on my camera jammed as the rain got to it.

I've had better days as you might guess, but looking on the bright side this was one of my last personal grid squares in the Machars after just over two years Geographing covering 556 grid squares, 40 miles of coastline and 190 square miles of land.
