Geograph - photograph every grid square

Hello, My name is Jim, I was very interested in the images included in NS7677. I used to live in this area, Dullatur Golf Club to be exact, now in Australia, but still have great fondness for this area, including Banton etc. Westerwood farm, when I lived in the area, was owned by a family calle Young I think. If I have the right farm, was this on the opposite side of the road to the old Dullatur Golf course, if so, it had a large amount of forestry trees planted on it. The time line I am using is 1960 - 1965. What a shame to see these old builings go to ruin. (The old Dullatur clubhouse is going the same way from what I can see. I also remember the water tower going up, and I used to walk the road to Cumbernauld village on a regular basis to catch the bus, summer and winter. I have a number of black & white images of this area on my computer.
