11 Hamilton Terrace Milford Haven
Located between two bank branches: Lloyds TSB on the left Link and HSBC Link on the right.
The building, constructed in the first decade of the 20th century, was a post office and telephone exchange. The letters ER in a red circlet were added after the coronation of King Edward VII in August 1902. There was an air powered tube going from the building to the docks so that fish orders could be relayed from telegrams to the fish market. The building was sold off in 1984 and became a nightclub until 2001. In 2007 it was rented by Megaprinter, its current ground-floor occupiers. The second floor houses a recording studio and television facilities for Pembrokeshire Television PLC.
Based largely on an email received from Thomas Sinclair outlining the history of the building.
