Moonscape on the Hatterrall Ridge
A series of path cairns have been spaced along the path here - a welcome sign of humanity on a pretty featureless section that always amuses me. I expect the Clangers or the Soup Dragon to emerge from below a dustbin lid or the Iron Chicken to whirr overhead in her satellite nest. Or R2D2 and C3PO to walk into shot. Or the Cybermen to stalk over the horizon. Maybe out on a team building weekend.

I can't recall seeing this section so tidy - great work whoever has made a concerted effort with the cairns. Thankyou.
