The Grand Hotel, Brighton
The Grand Hotel, Brighton
The Grand Hotel was built in 1864 and was renowned for its excellent location on Brighton seafront and superior facilities, including 201 bedrooms, a lift, ballroom and billiards room. Unfortunately, in 1984, the hotel was the site of a bombing and attempted assassination attempt of then Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher.
The hotel reopened in 1986.
