Aurora Borealis at Killiecrankie?
Aurora Borealis at Killiecrankie?
I noticed the colourful reflection on the River Garry and thought that it was pollution on the surface of the water. Looking up I realised that it was the sun shining through a thin cloud causing the rainbow refraction effect which was then being reflected on the dark surface. The 'stars' are flecks of foam from the peaty runoff in the river.
