Pedestrian bridge Dinckley over River Ribble

It had been heavy rain for some days and still so at the time of this photo. We see the Dinckley pedestrian bridge spanning the River Ribble in spate, but even though very strong here, the Ribble had gone down approximately five or six feet according to the flotsam washed to the river banks.
