The Tower from the South West. Five of the six church bells were cast on the site in 1664 and the treble bell was cast in 1729.
A path runs past the tower and the War Memorial is in the distance on the far left of the picture.

A Saxon church was built on this site in 825 but the current church was built between 1120 and 1220, with major changes between 1350 and 1450, and further restoration work in the early 20th century. LinkExternal link
