Scaffolding and the River Tame near Gravelly Hill, Birmingham
Seen from the Grand Union Canal aqueduct under the M6 motorway. A lot of scaffolding is needed here for sub-motorway maintenance.

John M adds 'The works being carried out are to repair corroded reinforcement and spalling concrete to the crosshead beam. An imposed current cathodic protection system will be installed to minimise future deterioration.'
