NY5011 : Swindale Beck turns north

taken 12 years ago, near to Nabs Moor [hill or Mountain], Cumbria, Great Britain

Swindale Beck turns north
Swindale Beck turns north
The beck is prevented from flowing into the marshy Dodd Bottom by a low neck of glacial moraine. The drier ground of the moraine is exploited by the bridleway that connects Swindale with Longsleddale. A zoom shot from Nab Crags.
