NH5640 : Abandoned house, Letter
taken 8 years ago, 3 km from Easter Moniack, Highland, Great Britain

Abandoned house, Letter
I don't know anything about the history of this house, or how long it has abandoned. It is marked on the 1868 OS map, with several adjacent buildings and a well. The ruins of what looks like a barn is to the right, behind the tree.
The surrounding area is now rough grazing and moorland, with a few sheep roaming around. This view is looking down across the valley of the Moniack Burn, with buildings at Clunes visible to the left, and the Beauly Firth on the right, with Ben Wyvis beyond.
