I took this photo in 1983 and, to the best of my recollection, it was where I have indicated. LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) places this monument in Cambuslang Industrial Estate in 1986 but it is no longer there. I think that it may have been replaced by NS6460 : Cambuslang Miners' Monument which looks as if it has been built from parts of this monument.
