Sir Nicholas Parker of Ratton, JP and Sheriff, first married Joan Courtenay, secondly Elizabeth Baker, both wives having had no children. Then he married Katherine Temple and they had 5 sons, Thomas, John, Nicholas, Robert and Henry, and daughters Anne and Mary.
His brother was Sir John Parker and his father was Thomas Parker.
He died in 1619 aged 73.
