Flannan Isles: lighthouse and northern cliffs
Flannan Isles: lighthouse and northern cliffs
Looking across a dramatic inlet on the north side of Eilean Mòr, the largest of the Flannan Isles. The walk up to the lighthouse, from the right, feels steep enough but it pales into significance compared with these cliffs.

The tiny island in the middle distance is Gealtaire Mòr, on its own in NA7146, while the Isle of Lewis can be seen in the very distance.
