Framed by beech trees which are typical of the chalk, this view from Cockerhurst Road just outside Shoreham on the western side of the Darent Valley near the junction with Castle Farm Road, makes the countryside look incredibly remote. However, the M25 lies just beyond Barnett's Wood in the distance.
