The first four-direction light came in 1920. Paris received its first lights in 1922, Berlin in 1924, and London in 1931.The most complicated set of lights is in Chongqing City China and the least needed on Ascension Island.

London Road(s)

There must be many, many London Roads. Indeed don't all routes lead to London. A bit of a trek if you live in Invercargill! There are 392 in the UK as well as 37 London Streets, 4 London Rows, 3 London Squares, 3 London Terraces and one each for London Stile, London Spring, London Yard and London Wall. Capital!
