This was painted onto an electrical box beside the road. I also saw the 'running man' figure on a road sign further east. I have no idea what the 'artist' is trying to say so if it's saying anything then it went right over my head. If it's the tag for a local gang then I apologise wholeheartedly for inadvertently trespassing on your manor - respect innit!
