Keane in concert, Knowsley Music Festival - 24th June 2007
The Knowsley Music Festival was a 2 day event with British rock group The Who headlining the Saturday night and Keane LinkExternal link headlining the Sunday night. It has never been held again, see LinkExternal link. Torential overnight rain and throughout the Sunday turned the parkland of Knowsley hall into a quagmire, see Link
One of life's experiences !!! - walking ankle deep in liquid mud, showered by fans throwing plastic pint glasses of mud around the arena, standing outside in the rain until midnight, a poor sound system and then having to wait for a tractor to tow the car out of the car park
