Muswell Court, on the Ings Road Estate, is a 17-floor sheltered housing scheme comprising 90 flats, managed by Kingston upon Hull City Council. It jointly shares, with Bayswater Court, the distinction of being the second highest building in Kingston upon Hull, and the highest east of the river Hull. Designed by David C. H. Jenkin, City Architect, formerly a senior architect for London County Council. Built 1968-69 by L. H. Beal and Son Limited of Kingston upon Hull. Since construction, the premises has undergone several cycles of refurbishment, one of which included the installation of a partial cladding / external wall system.
