Bridgend, Mid Calder
The River Almond, flowing left to right, passes under the Pumpherston Road [B8046]. The track is Powie's Path, a footpath that leads to Pumpherston Farm, and also gives informal access to Almondell Country Park. The patch of grass to the right of the house with red cladding is the site of a redundant church that was originally on the site. A reciprocal view from the air to NT0767 : Confluence of the River Almond and Linhouse Water.
