taken 14 years ago, near to Charlton, Greenwich, England

The mast is in the corner of the sports ground, and surprisingly close to the buildings of Blackheath Bluecoats School in the background, given the opposition that parents often have to masts being erected near schools.
Rectory Field, Charlton

Most of the area historically known as [Charlton] rectory Fields is now a sports ground, the home of the Blackheath Sports Club LinkExternal link and provides facilities for rugby, cricket, tennis and squash. There is also a children's nursery on the site.

The eastern part of the field has been built on - see "Cherry Orchard estate".
