The former Sludge Lane, west of Long Causeway
The former Sludge Lane, west of Long Causeway
So named on the 1890 Wakefield (North) OS map. The road pattern changed permanently when the first Pinderfields Hospital was built, leaving this section as a track. The track was temporarily closed when the second Pinderfields Hospital was being built, but reopened in 2011/12.
