Former bank and Crown Buildings, Ballymena
The building seen from Pat’s Brae. It was previously the offices of the District Valuer. The agent (see the shared description below) uses the numbering 2-14 which also includes a more recent building – just visible at middle right. The Google map shows this as Linenhall Street.
Former Northern Bank, Ballymena

A building, at the corner of George Street and Galgorm Street, built as a branch of the Northern Bank and, in more recent times. used as Government offices. Although listed, the date of building is not recorded on the list. The town directory for 1880 shows the Northern Bank at George’s Street. Currently (January 2013) offered for sale. The agent’s brochure describes it as “This prestigious Grade B Listed property”. Not on the official “at risk” register.
