Apologies for the black and white and the low contrast; this was taken looking into the sun, and high contrast completely removed the buildings in the background. This has changed more than all the other views taken on the same day - see Link . The large building in the foreground seems to have vanished. The gasholder is now the site of a housing development. The three large buildings in the centre have gone; this is now the site of At-Bristol, Millennium Square and Canons House.

On the left edge are the corner of The Council House and the cathedral.
