Aston Hall, Aston-on-Trent
Dignified Georgian house of 1735 (additions of 1907 out of shot), red brick underneath the paint. Its design has been attributed to Francis Smith. The wider central bay has an Ionic porch and Venetian window above, additions of c1830 probably by Patterson & Hine. Grade II* listed.
After a spell as a hospital it has now been converted to flats.
