taken 12 years ago, near to Islington, England

Churchwardens plaque
Churchwardens plaque
This plaque is on the former Halifax Building Society building on the corner of Liverpool Road, Islington TQ3183 : Former Halifax Building Society office.

The heading "St M I" probably refers to the ancient parish church of St Mary, Islington TQ3183 : St Mary's Church, Upper Street N1. But the British History web page for Islington LinkExternal link also lists St Mary Magdalene, St Matthew and St Michael as existing by 1855, so it could be one of them.
