Odstone Hall
Originally an Elizabethan house, the impressive south face was added in the 18th century. The house and garden were restored during the 2000s from a state of near-dereliction and now make an impressive sight on top of the hill. The owner in 1649 was John Bradshaw, the President's Judge of the high court which condemned King Charles I to death and his signature appears on the death warrant - see
