Road descending to Bedburn
Road descending to Bedburn
Bedburn is a small settlement of mainly up-market properties located at the eastern end of Hamsterley Forest; the route connects the villages of Wolsingham and Hamsterley, the latter being ahead along the road. Despite its small size Bedburn has two blue and yellow road signs naming it, one can be seen at the road junction below; that style of signage was introduced in County Durham some years ago.
