Gosforth Park Hotel
The hotel was designed and built for Scottish and Newcastle Breweries' newly launched upmarket hotel chain, Thistle Hotels. This is one of several photographs I took when it was new and THE hotel in the Newcastle area.
Opened in October 1966 it hasn't changed too much since, although the trees have grown, and there have been some small extensions and alterations to the building.
