Outer Golden Pot
Outer Golden Pot
A C14th, sandstone base for a cross, possibly base of wayside funerary cross to Sir James Douglas, killed in Battle of Otterburn 1388. There are at least two further crosses thought to lie along the same medieval route of Dere Street.
