TL4656 : A May evening on Hills Road Bridge

taken 11 years ago, near to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England

A May evening on Hills Road Bridge
A May evening on Hills Road Bridge
Clear evidence of the planning authority's attempt to turn this part of Cambridge into Croydon. The Belvedere flats are on the right, The Marque flats are taking shape to the left of centre, on the corner of Cherry Hinton Road, and the hideous Travelodge is on the left. An aeroplane, which I didn't spot as I framed the picture, is making for Marshall's Airport to the east of the city.
