Old pipe, Ballymena (1)
An old cast-iron pipe, just upstream from here D1002 : The Braid, Ballymena behind the shops. Whether disused or in use and what its past or present purpose was or is I know not. D1002 : Old pipe, Ballymena (2) shows the inscription with the date of manufacture but not the name of the foundry.
The Braid River, Co Antrim

The Braid rises near The Sheddings. It flows by way of Broughshane and Ballymena joining the Maine near Galgorm. The Maine continues south, entering Lough Neagh at Mainwater Foot in Randalstown Forest.
