The Chapel of the Good Shepherd is a Chapel of Ease at the Hook for Upton upon Severn parishioners living on and around Hook Common.
It was consecrated by the Bishop of Worcester on Tuesday 20th September, 1870.
Designed by George Row Clarke and cost just over £1,343.
