Buckbarrow Crag, Longsleddale
Buckbarrow Crag, Longsleddale
This large, complex and rambling crag is the only real rock climbing ground in the dale with a varied selection of routes, many with a 'mountaineering' feel to them. It is often 'banned' in spring/early summer to avoid disturbance to nesting ravens or peregrines.
