Think these are Dung Roundheads i.e. Panaeolus semiovatus: perhaps lying in wait for Dung Cavaliers? See: LinkExternal link
Officially it seems they are sometimes considered edible but can cause gastric upset. I think the rank smell of the brewing muck heap, and the horse poo garnish would put me off, if nothing else.
