taken 10 years ago, near to Buckland in The Moor, Devon, England

Buckland in the Moor Church
Buckland in the Moor Church
St Peter's Church was largely rebuilt in 1400 although there are traces of the Norman church dating from about 1200. Inside there are some interesting painted panels on the rood screen but the most notable external feature is the clock installed in 1930 by a Mr William Whitley in memory of his mother - hence the words 'my dear mother' around the face.
