NZ2666 : Top of Benton Bank

taken 13 years ago, near to Heaton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England

Top of Benton Bank
Top of Benton Bank
The road passing through the image is Benton Bank in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Out of the image to the right lies the valley of the Ouse Burn separating the districts of Jesmond and Heaton. Crossing the valley once involved a descent into it using the road seen here but now, a modern flyover carries the A1058 across.
