Towards Dowsett's Wick, Cliffe Marshes

A view along a ditch toward the rusty roof of Dowsett's Wick, once a shepherd's lambing shed. The grazing marshes here are rough and 'unimproved' - great habitat for wildlife, but a form of land-use that has largely disappeared in recent decades.
