A resplendent example of Victorian/Edwardian commercial architecture. An attractive mix of brick and terracotta, turreted corner oriel and a very ornate parapet. By Mansell & Mansell, 1900-02. Grade II* listed.
Built for the Ocean Assurance Corporation, the ground floor was at the time occupied by coffee chain Caffè Nero, offices above.
