NG5141 : Outcrop on east side of Ben Tianavaig

taken 17 years ago, near to Camastianavaig, Isle of Skye, Scotland

Outcrop on east side of Ben Tianavaig
Outcrop on east side of Ben Tianavaig
Although it looks like a boulder, this pinnacle is part of the basalt bedrock, and was created by the landslip that collapsed the east side of the hill. From this angle it looks quite different in shape when compared to NG5141 : Pinnacle on Ben Tianavaig.
