Tower Hamlets College, Arbour Square
Built as Raine's Foundation School in 1913, designed by Herbert O. Ellis. Busy facade in red brick and stone dressings, quoins and a heavy cornice rising into three arches. Grade II listed.
The college offers a variety of courses to 16-19 year olds as well as adults.
