A picture taken during the presentation ceremony after Nottinghamshire had beaten Glamorgan by 87 runs in the 2013 YB40 Final. The sponsors' dais (extreme right) faced the cameras and a smallish number of MCC members in the pavilion, so the 15,000 Notts and Glamorgan supporters watched the presentations and interviews on the big screens (and couldn't hear a word). No doubt the Notts captain, Chris Read, was praising a good all-round team performance and Samit Patel's Man-of-the-Match bowling, and being modest about his own contribution, a dashing fifty. The game was played under floodlights on a gloomy September day in North London.
