The Shankill Road Mission, Belfast
The Shankill Road Mission, at the corner of Carlow Street, was completed in 1898 to a design by William Roome who also designed Mountpottinger YMCA J3573 : Mountpottinger YMCA, Belfast. When built the building had only the ground and first floors. The upper storeys were not completed until 1923.
