Silchester Brook by Heath Copse, Pamber Heath, Hampshire
Silchester Brook divides Heath Copse and Beggars Bridge Copse south of Pamber Heath. As well as the oaks, chestnuts and hazels in the copse, the stream-washed soil supports alder, ash and willow. Just to the north, we also came across a few young wild service trees.
