SK2956 : Water Trough

taken 11 years ago, near to Cromford, Derbyshire, England

Water Trough
Water Trough
The last remains of the cast iron water trough (the green bit to the right of centre) which carried the water over the road, to power the water-wheel which drove the machinery in Arkwrights Mill.
There are plans to restore this trough in its original place.
