Birmingham Canal Navigations in Wolverhampton
Birmingham Canal Navigations in Wolverhampton
The Birmingham Main Line here is about to start descending the flight of twenty-one locks to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal at Aldersley Junction. Locks are now fitted with anti-vandal devices, so progress can be slow.
Moored boats in the branch off to the left are in what remains of the link to Victoria Basin, long since filled in.
