Grade II listed

The name Beesby is of uncertain origin, most likely from the Old Scandinavian Bees+by, or "village of Bosi". It appeared in the 1086 Domesday Book as Besebi.

The church dates from the 13th century and was rebuilt in 1841. It consists of nave, chancel and a western bellcote, and is built in brick and chalk with ashlar dressings. Roofs are of slate.
There is a C13 double chamfered chancel arch supported on octagonal imposts having grotesque human head corbels

All fittings are C20 apart from the C17 octagonal font bowl with moulded rim which is now outside the door following extensive renovations and modernisation.
A major refurbishment project for Beesby Church started in 2001. This is now completed.
