See NZ2464 : Newcastle Civic Centre. Pevsner says "A louvered turret sits over the lift shaft at the east end of the highest block. It has thin vertical fins topped by seahorses' heads (supporters of the Newcastle arms) by J R M McCheyne, and, high above, the three golden castles of the city's arms."
