TF1550 : The River Slea near North Kyme

taken 7 years ago, near to North Kyme, Lincolnshire, Great Britain

The River Slea near North Kyme
The River Slea near North Kyme
Ferry Bridge, Ferry Farm and Ferry Lane. There's just no ferry. Ferry enough.
The road over the bridge takes you to North Kyme. If you avoid the turn left you end up at South Kyme.
A footpath follows the south side of the river and then turns to follow the Kyme Eau to South Kyme. It is possible to get to Boston via this footpath, which eventually follows the River Witham. In the other direction, with short breaks in the path, you can get to Sleaford.
